A REVOLUTIONARY NEUROSCIENTIFIC METHOD THAT PROVIDES INSIGHT INTO THE MENTAL FUNCTIONING OF CANDIDATES
A revolutionary new service in Slovenia for assessing people using the neurofeedback method. This method uses sensors attached to different locations or reference points on the head to measure and observe cortical electrical activity.
This activity is then translated into brain waves. These waves vary depending on how well the person manages stress, how well they solve problems and how good they are under pressure. The brainwaves are then translated into a report of brain activity in work situations using the latest technology and experienced experts in the field of neuroscience.

IN-DEPTH ANALYSIS OF THE INDIVIDUAL WAY OF WORKING WITH PSYCHOMETRIC TOOLS
Psychological profiling allows us to identify characteristics in which an individual is similar or different from others. The psychological profile includes information about the individual that is not outwardly visible but significantly influences his or her behavior and response (e.g., personality traits, values, emotional intelligence, motivation, explanatory style, abilities, etc.).
For the purpose of psychological profiling, we use established, reliable and standardized psychodiagnostic tests and questionnaires developed by HRM d.o.o. or they are available and tested on the Slovenian market. A set of tests or questionnaires are adapted to the needs of the assessment.
Using psychometric tools, we obtain objective information that allows us to compare between different individuals.
Regardless of the purpose of psychological profiling (selection or development), the individual is always informed about the results. We prepare a written report, report presentation and advice for the client.

INDIVIDUAL PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT OF THE LEVEL OF COMPETENCE DEVELOPMENT USING THE BEHAVIORAL INTERVIEW METHOD
Behavioural interviewing is a technique that guides an individual to describe past experiences, ways of responding, and thinking. The basic premise of a behavioural interview is that based on an individual's way of acting in the past and way of thinking, we infer the level of development of competencies.
Before conducting an interview with the client, we coordinate a set of competencies that are relevant to include in the assessment. We specialize primarily in the assessment of leadership competencies and leadership potential.
The conduct of the behavioural interview is done individually with two consultants present from the company HRM d.o.o. We use standardized and professionally substantiated questions, which enables an objective assessment of an individual's competencies and comparable assessments. For each competence we provide an expert assessment and justification of the level of development.
We provide feedback to the individual involved in the assessment, and we prepare a written report, presentation of the report and advice for the client. For an in-depth insight into the individual's way of working, we recommend that the assessment of competencies be combined with psychological profiling.

GROUP PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT OF THE LEVEL OF COMPETENCE DEVELOPMENT
The assessment center is a systematic assessment process in which participants participate in solving pre-prepared tasks and simulations (e.g. role play, group assignments, negotiation simulation, case analysis, etc.). They are observed by a team of trained assessors, who, based on their approaches, rescue strategies and behaviours, make an assessment of their competencies.
The number of assessors and the duration of the implementation depends on the number of assessed competencies and the number of participants. We provide the implementation at the client's location or on the premises of our company.
The evaluation center is performed in a group of 5 to 15 participants. Objectivity is ensured by the presence of a larger number of assessors and pre-prepared, standardized indicators, based on which we give a reasoned assessment that allows comparison between participants. For each competence we provide an expert assessment and justification of the level of development.
Before the performance of the assessment center, we coordinate with the client a set of competencies that are relevant to include in the assessment. We provide feedback to all participants, prepare a written report for the client, followed by a presentation of the report and advice. For an in-depth insight into the individual's way of working, we recommend that the implementation of the assessment center be combined with psychological profiling.

ESTABLISHING AN ENCOURAGING WORKING EVIROMENT BASED ON CURRENT SITUATION ANALYSIS
The organizational climate, satisfaction and commitment of employees act as strong forces that determine the behaviour, motivation and emotional experience of employees and influence their efficiency at work. We offer the client support and advice in all phases of the project: in planning, performing measurements and further steps. We also prepare a communication plan for the client for timely and appropriate communication of the project within the organization
When planning and performing the measurement, we take into account the needs of the client. Before starting the measurement, we advise the client and coordinate with him the content of the questionnaire, the method of measurement and the structure of preparation of reports. The contracting authority may opt for a standard questionnaire format or adjust the claims according to the purpose of the measurement. We enable data collection using the paper / pencil method or online implementation.
Organizational climate refers to the psychological atmosphere in an organization as perceived by its employees. Satisfaction is the emotional reaction of an employee that stems from his perception of work and the work environment. Commitment is a positive, fulfilling, work-related state that we describe as vitality, dedication, and engagement. We recommend that all the listed areas be included in the measurement, and in accordance with the wishes of the client, only individual ones can be included.
The reports we prepare are reader-friendly and focused on identifying opportunities for improvement. Based on an in-depth analysis of the current situation, we are planning a proposal of measures aimed at further strengthening strong areas and introducing changes or improvements in areas perceived as weak points. At the end of the project, we present a report and advise the client on further measures.

ESTABLISHMENT OF A COMMON IDENTITY AND STANDARDS OF OPERATION OF THE ORGANIZATION
Organizational culture is a comprehensive system of beliefs, expectations, approaches, unwritten norms and values that influence the way employees behave. In organizations with an appropriate and clear organizational culture, employees know what behaviour and response is expected of them, and consequently feel safer. If they identify with the way they work and the values of the organization, they have a higher sense of belonging. The latter is reflected in greater efficiency and effectiveness of employees and the organization.
We offer the client support and advice in all phases of the project: in planning, performing measurements and further steps. We also prepare a communication plan for the client for timely and appropriate communication of the project within the organization. As part of the project, we take into account the needs of the client, which includes adjusting the content of the questionnaires and the method of data collection. We include employees who are co-creators of the desired organizational culture in the implementation of the project as much as possible.
Whether we are deliberately dealing with organizational culture or not, organizational culture exists in the organization. By systematically dealing with organizational culture, we can encourage change and ensure its development in the direction we want. By measuring organizational culture, we analize the current situation and identify areas in which employees want change (identify gaps between the current and desired culture). Based on the measurement, we determine which elements of organizational culture are more traditional and which modern, which values are currently most present and what needs to be changed for more optimal operation.
The client may choose only to measure organizational culture and values, which includes an in-depth analysis of the gap between the current and desired situation. We can also offer advice and support in the transformation of organizational culture (e.g., definition of values, action plans for the implementation of desired changes, establishment of a system of internal ambassadors of organizational culture and values, integration of desired organizational culture and values into existing personnel systems, etc.).
